This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to DebtZen Pro purchased through the DebtZen mobile application or the website at www.debtzen.in. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. We may change prices for future subscriptions; we will not change the price of a subscription term you have already paid for.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time:
If you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again for renewals.
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
Refunds are at the sole discretion of DebtZen, in line with the principles above. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment instrument used at checkout.
The following situations do not, by default, qualify for a refund:
If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer or bank instead of contacting us first, your DebtZen account may be suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where the underlying claim is inconsistent with these Terms or with our records of your usage.
If a refund is issued, we will refund the gross amount you paid (including any GST). We do not refund any third-party fees that may have been charged by your bank or card network.
If a refund is issued, the corresponding Pro entitlement is revoked at the time of refund. Pro features will no longer be available unless you re-subscribe.
If we offer a free trial or a discounted promotional period, the terms of that offer (including how cancellation and refunds work during it) will be displayed at the point of sign-up. Promotional offers may not be combined unless we explicitly say so.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Charges already made before a change will be governed by the policy in force at the time of charge.
If you are not satisfied with the response on a refund request, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
